hello, the canon c7565 printer has a problem of not turning on the screen and it does not emit motor noise, you only turn on the power and error leds.

Not much information here. Did you try something to find the error?
is the power led blinking?
I first would check the Main PCB LED8, try to enter controller self diagnosis, download mode...
could be the the power supply, riser-pcb, main-pcb...
follow the check flows in manual.
