Faxes stuck in memory of IR1023

Hi everyone,

This customer had the ISP changed, but when they did that the RX faxes that were to be forwarded to an email became stuck in the memory of the machine. I tried printing them out, but it kept printing out the same jobs.

Anyone know how I can clear these jobs out?
