IR5000 freeze on startup

Good Day,

I have Canon IR5000 machine. When I turn on the machine, it does not display any error; however, machine not finish loading or freezes on "wait" state and does not go to "Ready to copy". What may be the caused or needed to be replaced?

Sounds like the HDD has failed or try reloading the system software I used to see this when I last worked on this old beast.
