[Dead] Canon iRC 3025i does not access the download mode

Hi to all,
I have a problem with a Canon iRC 3025i copier, during startup the data check bar crashes and does not give any access, not even to the download mode. Is there any possibility?

Try reseat the boot rom and the rams on the logic/printer board to clear the problem,it is more probable that the Boot ROM does not boot up the machine.
also try to reseat the HDD and re start the machine
