Canon IR2022A False Paper Jam

I had an issue with my Canon IR1022A with it getting paper jams with print jobs more than 1 page. I can clear the paper jam error by physically removing the paper jam.

Today I cleaned the pickup rollers and feeding rollers using MG Chemicals Rubber Renue. The rollers were certainly dirty.

But when I tried to print it would give just error 'Paper Jam' with there being no physical paper jam.

But if I use the side manual feeder it prints perfectly.

I do not know how to get the error code in service mode.

Does anyone have any suggestions please?

This usually means, the machine couldn't pick-up paper from the feeder.

In Service-Mode -> Copier -> Display -> Jams
you can display the jams.
