I pretty much just stick to sharp copiers, but the powers that be have sent me out to try to fix this canon unit. The leading edge registration is about 7mm off when using the ADF. Unfortunately I have no manuals on this, not even an intravia, it left when another tech left, go figure. Could someone point me in the right direction? I would greatly appreciate it.

To get into canon service mode

Then its either adjust or function but look out for docstop or an abreivation of that.Comment

Make sure reg is good off glass first. Then service mode/feeder/adjust/docstop. 7mm is alot check roller and pad in upper adf also.Comment
