DR-G1100 drunification tool for recalibration

Hi.

I need the service tool for g1100 scanner (drunification tool). I want to try to do a recalibration, because on the scanned pages the scanner leaves a black stripe in every page.
Page size detection, border removal error, .... i dont know. Tryed evrithing to solve the problem.

I would apreciate if anyone colud send me the service tool. Thank you.

In the scanner is cleaned all the rollers, glasses, etc.

Did you clean the CIS units? Reseat cables?

Yes. Cleaned the CIS units, rollers,... cable change, conected to another PC, tried with other scanning software, twain driver / WIA driver.... same result

In the service tool (drunification tool) i receive error at the "scale adjustment". other tests or sensor status is ok
