Canon IRA C5030 loose toner after 10 pages, fixing issues or toner adjustment

    Hello,
I have a problem with one of my Canon Imagerunner Advance C5030. If I print 2-3 pages at a time it works fine, but if I print 10 pages consecutively (with high coverage), after the page 6-7 it won't fully fix the toner on the paper and the paper comes out very dirty. I'm attaching some photos.
The prints that I need use a lot of toner, especially black, and the print coverage is quite high. I'm thinking the copier puts too much toner on the paper and the fuser doesn't heat it enough after a few pages to stick on the paper. The first 2-3 come out ok, but after that it starts to smudge.
I have 2 more C5030 copers and I replace the fuser of this one to see if that's what's causing the problem, but no, nothing changed.
So, the question is: is there a way to adjust the fuser temperature or the amount of toner from the Service Menu?
Or, do you have any idea what can I do to resolve this issue?

    Thank's! See pictures attached.

Are you using OEM toner in the machine ? OEM fuser parts ? Also what paper type are you using ? Check or change the paper type settings, that would be the only thing I would adjust if using OEM supplies.

what are the life counts on parts?

has anyone worked on/adjusted any settings?

more than likely it is the media mismatch.
what is the gsm of the media and is is matte/glossy?

we as techs need more info to accurately diagnose the problem, but you gave him a good place to start. congrats.

Am am using OEM toner, the fuser is OEM, did not replace anything on the fuser assembly, also, the paper is Canon 80gr/mp, just regular print paper, and the paper is set to Plain 1 (64-81 g/mp). I'll try to play with the settings here, maybe if I set it to a heavier paper, maybe it will print slower and will transfer more heat. I'll come back with the results.

        Thank's for the tip.

          Thank's for the reply,
I'm using 80 gsm Canon plain paper (not matte, not glossy, just regular print paper), and the paper tray is set to Plain 1 (64-81 g/mp), OEM toner. Nobody worked on/adjusted any settings. I'll check tomorrow the life counts on parts, but, if I remember correctly, the printer has about 300.000 prints on black and 80.000 prints color.

I'll try to play with the paper tray settings as #20 year tech suggested, maybe if I set it to a heavier paper, maybe it will print slower and will transfer more heat. I'll come back with the results.
If you have any suggestion on how can I adjust any settings, apart from the Adjustment/Maintenance Menu on the printer please tell me. If there is something from the Service Menu to make it use less toner, or to raise the fuser temperature... I can't think of anything else.

I apologize for the late reply, but the email with the notification that someone commented went in my spam folder, and I dind't see it until today.

          Thank's!

If you have to "play" with settings and you are running Canon paper registered proper with a good fuser, something is not right obviously. Dial in about 20 dark copies, hit start, then go into service mode Display and look at the thermistor temps as it's running. Does machine slow down(down sequence) as its running? I've had b&w IRAs do this and Dcon clear worked(back it up then clear it). Make sure firmware is up to date. Could also be power issue. Monitor thermistors as I mentioned for a start
