Ir 4570 using film paper???

Iam newly buy a ir 4570 coper mechine......
Already 2 months over ..
Now recently copier copies are coming dirty..
What happend i can search the mechine everything....
Fuser fixing film paper is dirty..
In my india market having only ir 3300 film paper is available.

Can i use that film paer on that my mechine???????

Plaese give me reply early.........
Why beacuse my mechine now shutdown....

I never go with just the fixing film, I replace the fixing film asm:
FM2-1786-030. The film seems to wear at the front and rear edges
first, causing background issues.

No you can not use the film of an 3300 on a 4570, the heater is not the same. You can give a shot if you like!

here only 3300film paper is available.....
my heater film paper is dirty that means... on film paper upper side on layer paper releasing out side ... like its removes small small erasing paint that's it.......middle and side two edges also.........

copy comes but erasing letters or anything .......

Both Screwtape and I have answered your question, part number FM2-1793-010 is the fixing film asm for your copier. You can try anything you want to try, it is your risk to try the 3300 film, we do NOT recommend that. We recommend that you find FM2-1793-010 to resolve your issue.

Where are you at that there is actually 4570 series (2 series behind current series) that you can only get parts for 3300 series (4 series behind current)? I have read somewhere that guys were getting away with using the film assy from 3300 in 4570's. Believe you have to swap cables though. However, do you mean only swapping actual film media and not the heater/film/cables?

I am asking/Enquired some Engineers/Some used peoples..... SOME told it can may be suit 3300 film paper 4570 can worked... already 2 to 3 4570 mechines using AND WORKED with 3300 film Paper.. Some body cannot told cleraly maybe worked or not worked.. some people told 60% worked.. some people told cannot suit 3300 film paper...

fixing film

few months ago our IR3530 fixing film got damaged,since we dont have any extra i replaced it with the film from IR2200 and it worked...i guess as long as the fixing film is of the same size it might worked..

There have been two series released since the iR4570,
iR3045
iR3245 is the latest in that series.

You will not harm the copier by trying the 3300 fixing film. My company does not replace just the film, we replace the heater bar with the film. So instead of letting the copier remain down because of worn fix film, try the 3300 film, get the customer up and running, and let us know how that works out for you

You can look at Seshu's stats in his id pane that he is from India. I believe he is looking to just swap out the mylar sleeve, not the asm. I advise him to try it to at least get his customer up and running.

1.A4 PAPERS PER MINUTE COMES 45 COPIES... THAT'S RIGHT...

BUT LEGAL SIZE (LGL) PAPERS OUTPUT COMES 22 PPM ONLY...THAT IS BAD..
IF ANY ADJUSTMENT IS THERE FOR INCREASE SPEED FOR LEGAL PAPERS (LGL) ????

2. AND HOW TO SET TO DISPLAY THE DATE & TIME IN FRONT LCD SCREEN..????

It takes a couple of secs more to output LGL size paper, one the paper is longer. The machines specs are rated and base on 8.5 / 11 sheets, they were not rated on LGL size paper. There is no way that you can speed up the machine to print out LGL size Its a design feature.

As for the date a time I've never seen the date and time on the control panels screen, not to sure you can do this.

But the interchanging of using a 3300 film is quite informative, though I would not try this, but if it works thats good in my book.

Yes, you can. Just slide it out of the IR3300 and slide it in the 4570.

Cannot fix images ????????

I have one problem...this is problem facing when iam taking this new mechine starting too...

if any copies are printing comes out clearly....
That is only letters and any thing....

But i can make a copying photos and images or dark photos and etc.,, printing/copying out put comes clearly ... but that is not fixed.. if rubbed just soft and cloth just rubbed... erased all image.. cannot fix hard to paper..
if just rubbed to hand/cloth copy toner will sticking to hand/cloth...

cannot fixed on paper.. images / dark photos .. on paper..
printed clearly.. but when iam smooth erased with cloth all image will be erased on the paper..

that is problem only photos and images / full dark papers...

what to do....
