Mailbox settings is where you wanna look.

How to Set the Time Stored in a Mailbox:
1. Press Additional Functions, Mailbox Settings, then User Inbox Settings. You can then select the mailbox # you wish to set. If the mailbox # has already been registered, you will need to know the mailbox's password or the system settings password to make changes to the mailbox.

2. Once a mailbox has been selected, you can set its name, password, and the time jobs will be stored for. You can select to store jobs in the mailbox for 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours, 6 hours, 12 hours or 0 hours [OFF], 1 day, 2 days, 3 days, 7 days, 30 days. 30 days is the maximum. After a job has been stored in the mailbox for the set amount of time, it will be deleted.

I TRIED TO CONECT AND PRINT OUT THROUGH SYSTEM..!!!
WITH USB PORT ...CANNOT RECOGNIZE MY SYSTEM.????????

I ALREADY INSTALL DRIVERS ALSO..
BUT WHEN CONECT USB PORT MY P.C USB PORT CANNIT RECOGNIZE IR4570 USB PORT...???

HOW IT IS...???

IAM USING NOW PRINTS WITH NETWORK CABLE....

Conectivity problem????

Any body solve this problem.....

my mechine ir 4570 cannot communicated with system (my desktop p.c)for scanning the documents..

which cable can i use for conecting the scanner..( Network / Usb )
how to do ..
which drivers i can install.. for my p.c windows vista.????

i am already install network scangear drivers v.2.21.. but cannot response my mechine....
what to do frnds.......
