C700 Jam

My c700 is jamming at B4 on first print. Cleaned rollers and fed from tray 1&2 but no luck. Sheet is 100# gloss text'
Any suggestions!

where/how to find error code? It just show a paper jom symbol and where to clear it. Once I clear it then printer resumes printing but immediately jams.
About 4 sheets come from tray and the 1st sheet usually makes it as far exiting the fuser area but not entering the finisher. Just bought this from a broker
that lives out of state. (not a good decision)

Get in service mode ,copier ,display then jam code
