    Cannot see GUI on Canon IRAC5255

    Hi,

    I am not sure of the function to press on service mode to restore full visibility of the interface for remote configurations. At the moment I just get an white screen with an error message when I try to access the machine.

    Can anyone lend a hand with this one??

      REMOTEUI CONTENT IS NOT FOUND!!

      RUI MODULE VERSION 6002

      THE HOME PAGE OF THE INTERFACE COMES UP - YOU GET THIS WHEN YOU CLICK ON SETTINGS/REGISTRATION

        Sounds like the RUI firmware is missing on the HDD.

        Update the system software this should restore it.
