    Hi Smiley,
I am not sure what you mean by "flsc size of paper ", but one thing I learned thru trial by fire, is that if documents are curled and lift up off of the flag sensors in the entry tray, you will get partial image problems. I along with several other techs fought a machine that the customer swore would do this, but when we tested it we always had good originals. It finally happened while testing with customer documents, that were curled. Holding down the tail of the documents produced good copies!!

This my understanding of what your problem might be when you mention cut off images.
First make sure you blue paper size dial on the cassette is set up for the right paper size, make sure that the cassette guides are set in place, check them out and see if they are broken. You can also try a tray width adj. and I would set ORG LGL back to 0 as well.

      enter Service mode, Level 1, by pressing * 2 8 *.
      then select FEEDER > FUNCTION
      under FUNCTION highlight TRY-LTR
on the DF tray move the tray width guides to the LTR/11x17 positon
now on the display press OK
      then under FUNCTION highlight TRY-LTRR
on the DF tray move the tray width guides to the STMT/LTRR/LGL position
once again, press OK on the display
press the Reset key twice to end service mode
turn OFF the power switch at the Control Panel and then the main power switch in that order. Then turn the main power switch back on to lock the settings into service mode.
