Canon iR-Adv C5045 receiving only.

    Canon iR-Adv C5045 receiving only.

    Good day!

    Just want to know is there any in simulation mode that can clear print job log or memory clear regarding this kind of problem?

    Suddenly the machine stop printing and it shows only receiving.

    Copying and machine selfprint no problem.

    They tried to print from different computers same problem.



    Or it is cause by other error which no error code? Or network problem?


    A month ago we got an error with the machine. ( 880-003 which is the riser fan we replaced a new one. )

    I'm not sure if its connected to this one.


    Looking for your inputs guys.

      First of all it deletes all pending prints from all PCs. Just to know, is the machine installed by IP address, PCL6 driver?
      Did you connect only with a laptop or also with a USB port?

          The machine is installed by UFR drivers for all and yes by IP Address. Laptop and desktops. Usb port no.

          Mix version of 30.30 for windows 7 and 4.2 for windows 10 but both version having same problem. Yes, all queue from computers are deleted and machine already restart.

              can YOU print from YOUR laptop over crossover cable? Also look into wait to print solutions. Canon IR 5055 waiting to print error?????

              run the 2 and 4 start up test.
              I have used Canon Imagerunner parts for sale. Most are floor model Color and / Advances Imagerunner with some 3025 3235 parts. Several intact machines being parted.

                Thanks to you all.. but the solutions is too weird for me

                1. I tried all the possible solutions i know and the one you give all, thanks to that. Even reset the machine to factory default. But the solution i found is very simple.

                2. Downloaded ip advanced scanner to check if there is conflicting ip.. (tho web gui can open on the ip address.) And there is none.

                3. Changed the IP address to new one! And it works! And its much more faster than before...
                Don't know the reason for this but i just try my luck on the ip. ( Tried to put back the old ip still not printing. )

                  You would also have discovered the problem by connecting it with a swicht to a laptop. The important thing is to have solved, congratulations.

                    hello, if you have changed the ip address of the printer and it could print, it is most likely that you have had a network conflict with the previous ip, suddenly a computer or other device has had the same ip address and has caused the conflict.
                    I suggest that you put a fixed IP address on computers, usually some people are lazy and only leave it with an automatic IP address

                      FYI

                      An updated C5255 will report a duplicate IP message at the bottom of the screen.

                        Probably if you would have pinged your machine's IP with it's cable unplugged you would have gotten a reply,indicating a conflict
