I have an iRADV8105 with jam0214, in the 11x17 it only does the front when turning to the back to and gives the jam.em letter ok

Check flag sensor and spring there, clean rubber rollers. Are the fusers ok?

Yes the fuser is ok
flag and spring, ok
clean rollers, ok
the sheet goes down and stops only at 11x17

Does it work with A4? Possible format setting if I understand correctly

yes, on the A4 it works normally, I even executed a CLEAR MN-com, without success.

Make sure the Oilite bushings on the delivery assembly have been upgraded to bearings. Also clean the oneway clutch inside the white delivery gear and put a drop of oil inside. How many copies on machine? Back up Dcon, clear it, put in door specs and see if it has any affect. Does it from all cassettes(bypass too)?
