My machine ir 3245 canon copier from Mail Box is not used.

Why? I can't enter anything like a lock on the key pattern.

If anyone knows, please help.

I don't know for sure. But can this error be fixed in the code?

They have a password lock.

Format the HDD then reload the system software.
