    4545 scan orientation

I tried to look it up in the forum but I hadnt to come to a conclusion. When you scan letter direction in the feeder, the PDF document shows up correctly on the computer screen. When you scan in the letter-r direction, the scan shows up sideways on the screen. Is there a way to have a letter are to show in the correct direction just as letter. Customer scans, mixed originals with legal and letter, and they are coming out sideways on the screen. Auto orientation for copying is on.

Try selecting scan and send and look under options. Check original content orientation.

It is set to Top Left, Although I don't ever remember using that setting, and haven't noticed this issue. I feel like there's another setting, but not sure..
