Jeah its an old machine but would u believe me if i would told u that this machine works in one office in our biggest bank ? Atempts to replace machine whit new one are futile

Machine have 54k copies and someone while transporting spieled toner from the bottle inside entire machine.Now, paper stops at the reg roller and show jam since solenoid dont release reg roller cluch. I replaced reg roll clutch and cleaned the machine and paper jam at same place.

I checked the cable from reg registration solenoid and its connecting directly to the main pcb board(cable goes thru 2 crss section but still direct). I checked the start and end of cable whit multimeter and i have the signal. When i release the registration clutch paper stops at fuser coz irregular timing.

Its obvious that pcb has broken but i took it at electric shop for check and they say its ok even tho thay cant check the microprocesor. I dont have any other board to test.

Did anyony had this problem and could it be something wrong whit cros section that cable goes thru?

reg clutch might not be turning on because pre reg sensor never sees paper?
I would suspect a dirty sensor somewhere since toner was spilled. Could even be mirror read start sensor.

Access IO mode and make sure previous sensors are changing state.

Might be a long shot but there is a cover over the roller I wonder has this been flipped the wrong way round? failing that I would check reg sensor and arm.

Thank u guys , unfortunately i fixed the problem 2 hours after requesting for some assistance since i worked on it constantly for yesterday and today when i was totaly stuck i realised that when i release clutch and the paper pass the reg. roller, scanner didnt move! then it hit me if problem could be an reg senzor....witch i overlooked TOTALY and felt like a beginner....since it was his fault.Another "not so happy day" even after repearing the machine, feeling stayed but few bears would fix this
