Hello, what main card problem does the c350 have, black screen or some card error such as E732, 602, 744....

You cannot convert c350 to c250, the only option is to repair the c350

You can send photos of the steps or method you do to install the firmware, it is very rare that it asks you to do lang-clr, lang-clr is used to eliminate languages, if you execute that it will delete the languages and will leave you with English or Japanese as the default

I insert the usb. Turn on pressing 2 and 8 keys. Then, when it loads I press the option 1, it shows the version and option 1 and then I try all the options (1 update auto, 3 is update and overwrite all) and when I click on any of those options in the menu it shows a message that LANG-CLR must be done first

Hello, do you see the option to format HDD? Give it the Format HDD option, then return to the main menu and proceed to run the firmware again.
