Hello, why do you clean the laser?
The service manual indicates the procedure to be carried out to repair the problem.
change laser black, connectors, cables, pcbs.....

.Adjust the spring tabs inside the drum, pushed toward the drum shaft, to resolve the error code. The tabs inside the drum are located toward the rear of the black drum unit.

That is part of the drum heater system, the prints would come out blurry in black.
