Place another hard drive and it showed error E602-4000, E602-4001, return your original hard drive to the printer, it was formatted with the option that comes in the firmware via USB.
When installing the firmware, it remains in the dcon option and error E753-0001 appears. Checking the computer with the sst program, the firmware has dcon version 7002. Does the printer ask me for dcon prior to or greater than dcon7002?

Hello, yes I have the firmware, possibly the firmware is already discontinued, as I tell you, the dcon is version 7002 when I check the firmware using the service support tools (sst) program.
