E060-0070 on CLC 1150

I have problem with my CLC 1150:
When I turn on the copier it shows E060-0070 error.
Manual said:
Timing of detection: The grid bias output value is 900 V or more.
Cause: The grid bias is at the upper control limit.

That doesn't tell mu much. After few turn on - turn off, the error goes away. Then I can make 10 - 20 copies and the error show's up again. Then turn on - turn off several time, then I can make another 10 - 20 copies.

Any clue on that? How to fix it?

yes its easy three things you can do

1 :- Rewire the corona unit including the grid (sometimes works)

2 :- Clean the corona unit fully side shields and frame to remove all ozone deposits (sometimes works)

3 :- The best option fit a new corona unit (always works)

depends how many copies the machine done age of unit etc etc if you go into service mode * 2,8* then copier then counters look under misc durable1,durable 2 you will see the count of the corona unit to see what percentage its at ie 150% and make a judgement call from there
