Having an issue with a C65 (same family as IR Advance 700) giving e07-01 codes. The upper fixing belt has been replaced twice, the Situation/Parts Replacement/Adjust during Fixing Belt Unit replacement performed, the displacement motor has been replaced, and the position sensors for the belt and displacement motor are all operating.
The machine isn't off level. COPIER/FUNCTION/FIXING/FX-UHP completed successfully yet less than 300 copies later the code returned.
Any ideas on next moves?
