[Jamming] Canon iR3025N jamming on multiple duplex printing

    Hi everyone,
I'm new to this forum and have already read several threads. But I'm not sure what I should do.

I have a Canon iR3025N which jams when I print multiple (more than 2) pages in duplex mode.
Similar problem as here: IRC3200 0205 Duplex jamming (copytechnet.com)

Jam code is 0205 (PS9) - stationary Jam.
I already removed any sticky pads and did some part checks in service mode. It seems as if the solenoids are all working.
But I am not sure how to check the clutches (CL4 - duplex clutch)

    Questions:
    1. How can I check if the Duplex Clutch FH6-5005-020 is working correctly? I could buy one on eBay but I want to be sure that this part is causing the problem or not.
    2. Is there something else I should check?

    Thanks in advance
    rick

Your machine is totally different to the IRC 3200 so don't compare fault.

If the paper stalls in the fuser unit I would look at replacing the fuser sleeve.

Thanks for your answer. I agree with you that the machines are totally different.

The following facts may help to describe my problem more precisely.

      1. The printer can print many pages (>50) in single-side-mode without any jamming.
      2. The printer can print 4 small pages (DIN-A4) in duplex-mode (onto two small sheets of paper) without jamming
      3. The printer can print 2 large pages (DIN-A3) in duplex-mode (onto one large sheet of paper) without jamming
      4. The jam occurs when printing 6 small pages (DIN-A4) in duplex-mode (onto three small sheets of paper)
      5. When printing 4 large pages (DIN-A3) in duplex-mode onto 2 large sheets of paper both sheets are running to the top of the printer where the sheets usually turn and no page is delivered at all. The printer then stops operating without paper jam error message and has to be powered off and on again.

This behaviour can be reproduced at any time. It's not random.

Do you think this kind of problem can be caused by the fuser? Single-sided printing is possible without any issues.
