[Jamming] Image Runner ADV 527i jamming 0201

Hi all

I have an Image Runner DX 527i that is jamming with jam code (0201 Stationary jam) which leads me to the registration sensor.i have checked the sensors with the (Situation Mode) and the sensor is working properly. I have even replaced the registration unit. When i remove the jams, the trailing edge will be between fixing rollers

I don't have one to look at but when it goes thru the fixing unit and gets to the next junction gate is it on the right side of the gate or did it take the wrong path?
