Unfortunately, I think the issue might be a bad drum.
Find a good test page and copy it in single colors magenta, cyan, and yellow to see what happens.
If the issue doesn't occur for single color then it shouldn't be the itb, fuser, etc that could affect all the other colors.
Take out the black drum and look at the bottom yellow foam cleaning roller in it; if it's dirty -you probably need a new black drum.
You can also do the stop test; print something and open a door to jam the machine; then remove the jam and take out the drum to see if the ghosting is happening there (it might be really faint so might not be the most reliable test)
What is the part life of everything? fuser, itb, 2nd transfer, drums, dev units, etc
If the drum has been sitting on a shelf for awhile, the yellow foam roller can start to degrade and fail; it will not clean the drum probably and you can get shading/ghosting. -

Did you fit a genuine Canon drum ? & are they using genuine Canon toner ?
