    CANON IR2030 hanged up

    the machine stuck in boot any one knows how to repair the machine reply to the thread

      maybe your system software is fail or mainboard

          Try updating the system software, choose the overwrite all option.

          If this fails format / replace the HDD & reload the system software again.

              all the voltage is present . i think it s software issue any suggestion? I have the SST software but i don t know from where get the firmware for the IR2030

                  i can not find the HDD on the machine . and looked on the official website of Canon . i couldn t find any firmware . ihave the SST software but must someone show me how to work with

                      Do you have the IRA C2020 (Colour) or IR 2020 model? (mono)
