Dears all:
As in title thread that we face this error with sub-code which is not mentioned in service manual
The action was taken as:
1-updated the firmware for last version
2-main control pcb had replaced
3-Dc control pcb had replaced
No result error still as it
Can anyone tell what the sub-code is exactly related to.

Do you mean bypass pcb by this that driver side board (fm2-7731)

My mistake. C1 has only one main controller and no bypass pcb.
The C800 series has a bypass pcb on controller 2 which is often the reason for the E747-ff00.
Try to clean contacts on ddr rams.

clean the contacts of the sub cards, ram memory and sd ram, bootrom with eraser or lint-free paper

The other thing that could be is a failure of ram memory or some sub card.
Once I had a similar error but with a different subcode that was not in the service manual.
They had changed the entire main drawer, but they forgot to put the other ram memory, there are c1 printers that work with one ram memory and others that work with two memories, the error appeared when they sent prints with large files, the solution was to add the another ram memory that was missing
