[Error Code] Iradvc5550 (3 series) E064-1200

Hi,

Had a quick look at a 5550 today with error code E064-1200, magenta issue AC voltage and
. Firmware is latest version, machine about 4 yrs old and hasn't alot of work, approx 300k. According to the manual it could be a host of issues, I checked the magenta drum and ITB but only visually as customer was closing up. Can't recollect coming across this error, any ideas before I go back tomorrow morning? Tks

You can try swapping drums before replacing one. If the code follows the drum by subcode, then it is definitely a bad drum. If it goes away, then it means there was some poor contact when the drum was installed. If the subcode continues to indicate the same drum although it was swapped, then you should begin checking for another source of poor contact or missing voltage per the sm checks/part replacement.
Often it is just a poor connection not requiring a part replacement.
