Factory reset Canon IR C3835i

Hello, I've been trying to configure a Canon imagerunner c3835i but we are having issues, so we decided to factory reset the printer, the problem is that when we go to settings and try to do the factory reset in the data management section, the printer asks for an alphanumeric password that we don't have.

Is there a way to erase that password or factory reset the printer in other way? We tried doing a PWR-CLR in the service mode but it only erase the admin password and not the alphanumeric one.

The passwords are probably administrator and 7-6-5-4-3-2-1

No, unfortunately that is not the password, we already tried with that and also "admin" and "administrator" using multiple combinations of capital letters

What issues are you having ? it's unlikely you would need to do a factory reset.
