Lots of things. What jam codes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

It's not jamming, it's multi feeding. There wouldn't be any jam codes.

I have seen tension adjustments work in many cases.. To the left of the belts there is a white center arm with an adjustment screw along with a locking nut. I have moved this tighter and created more tension. and clean the belts and rollers with WD40 on a rag. Followed by some acohol.
Might help. Jam codes will tell you extactly where the problem is occuring.

Tim-I think the B1 is the df with a single sep pad and not the one youre describing (A1) I have heard people stretching the spring that exerts sep pressure on the pad but for the most part pad replacement fixes multisheet feeds.

There has been a modification to the spring-it's been released as a bulletin-I don't have access to the publication in question.
It refers to double feeding and the spring pressure.

                Newer version

The B1 has always been notorious for multi feeding, as has the K1 on the iRC3200 (just a renamed B1). I have put sep pads in much sooner than the rated life on the part. The K1 pad went thru a slight redesign to improve the friction properties of the pad. You could try one of those...

FF6-2455-020 The 3 white dots on the black plastic to signify it was the newer version always made feel much more assured of it's improvement

The K1 pad assembly won't fit the B1-Best to replace the pads often-try a new spring as well. You may try modifing the pressure of the old spring. Those feeders were often problematic!

Notorious for multi feeding.....yeah...stretch the spring...it helps. What I have done on problem machines is install the friction material from a ir3300 sep pad...you can order just the stick-on "tape" for the sep pad. Cut it and overlap the existing pad. Stupid design....pad too short and wrong angle to separate sheets properly.
