    3220 Drum Problem

I have 2 Cannon 3220's that are dropping a haze of toner over the page. I assumed it was a drum life problem but after trying three different oem sets the problem persists on both machines.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

I have tried both the belts and blade. I appears to be on the drums closest to the operator side that the toner build up occurs and it only happens after 5 or 6 copies.

The color is initially blue but if many copies are made the other colors appear.

Copies and prints? Let machine do quick adjust autogradation. If prints ok and copies poor then you have a reader problem. If reader has problem and you do full adjust prints should become poor also. I have had problems with ribbon cables going from reader pcb to interface pcb and from interface pcb to main pcb i believe. Re-seat the main sub also if just reader problems. Also i believe on the irc 3200/3220 default is no pre-exposure between sheets...turn this on. You could also be missing proper bias to drum cleaning brushes also
