    IRC 3200 Don't Print

Hi guys, I have a IRC 3220, and the machine don't print.

When I send a test print, the machine is not prints, but it proceesing on the display. If you check the printer status ( system monitor; Print ) the status is waiting to print, but the machine don't print. If you press cancel, the machine didn't cancel the job, on the Status, appear "waiting to print". The version are: DC CON 32.02; R CON 04.01; ECO 41.08; MN CONT 82.03; BOOT 70.01N; RUI 79.04; PS/PCL 41.10. I replaced the HDD with new system, but not resolved. If anyone has a clue and can help me

    Thanks, mrfixit51.
I don't know what happened with my thread, but....
I put the IP adress, and the ping command is ok, when I send a test page, the machine didn't print, too.

Were you able to get the RUI page displayed in your browser? The reason I ask is that there is also the ability to try a Direct Print operation from RUI. It is in the left hand column of the RUI webpage. I am curious about that outcome.

You establish the communication, if you can ping it you can print to it.
Are you using the right print driver?

When you use a print card you need the boot rom firmware N installed. When you have a C1 or C2 Fiery with the interface board, you need the C firmware installed and under copier> options> img-cont you need to set it to 3.
