Default key corrupt-iRC2550

Recently set up a irc 2550 in house-went fine. However upon install at cust location a message appears-default key corrupt or missing-checked all documentation I could but have found nothing relating to this-even checked through a user guide as well.
Any suggestions?

Default Key Reset

Go into service mode level 2,copier ,function,clear,ca key.This should sort it out.
