The error code points to the transfer drum area. Its the part the has that plastic sheet, its called a transfer sheet. When you open up the front door and pull out that section, that big round cylinder part, if you look under there is a green roller called the polishing roller which you can remove. Also there is a motor in that area that controls that part, sometimes that motor can cause that error code, make sure that its connected. Also if you look inside that transfer drum there are two parts call the attraction brush and transfer blade, they slide in the transfer drum, those too also could cause you that error code.

      Hi
Thanks for your reply, Could I have blown the motor reconnecting the booklet unit
do I have to remove the green roller to remove the motor.

No, the polishing roller can be taken off by pushing it slightly, its kind of held in place. I doubt that removing the sorter caused the problem. It probably just happens to be bad luck. These things happen. Chances are the motor probably isn't the problem in your situation, I just wanted to give you some sort of direction. If I was you I would call for service and have a tech look at it.

The harness for the transfer drum assembly is noted for going bad...transfer drum assembly moves back and forth...wires break

            try this:
            enter to setting( * 2_8 * )
            go to "adjust-clear"
go to ONLY(important) "err-history" and "err" and press ok
            turn off the machine
            turn on the machine
