    iRC2880 transfer blade flipping

    Has anyone got any suggestions to stop the iRC2880 from flipping its transfer blade.I've got 2 machines doing it at the moment.I know for a fact 1 of them is using "bandit" toner so this is the direction I will be going in unless anybody has any better ideas.

      Is there a part no for the blade?
      I seem to recall having to take the cleaning assy off the itb unit once it's out of the machine.
      It may be that you have to replace the whole cleaning unit rather than the blade alone.
      Does the customer NOT have the 2880 on a service agreement?
      Why are they buying generic toner?
      Can u not sell them a service agreement?
      Explain to them that aftermarket toner WILL cause the drum to dump toner through the machine before their rated life and that they'll keep paying hand over fist for a set of drums.

          The blade assy # is FM2-5523-000.Do powder the blade with setting powder or used toner before installing the assy.Havent had any that flipped but then again i have none that use 3rd party toner either.
