Does this happen when you put the machine on or when you go to make a copy or print. At what point of the initial rotation. E61-0009, there is no listed remedy for that sub code 0009.

Have you checked the primary corona ass'y? Clear the error first and then try to run a full auto gradation.

You Could just remove it and look at the wire!!!!
Or the service mode 2 level.

Ok heres where you can get into problems
Friend you need to at least know how to get into the service modes.
On the C1 there is 2 levels

That much you must know if not even I feel you might be over your head.
And I usually help anyone that asked.....
This C1 is a real Bitch in the settings and you could change or even erase
some very things that would just make it a door stop.

Thats right....if you don't know the C1...or yet how to even get in service mode on a Canon,don't play with it or like Penvy said it will become a door stop or boat anchor

Call a canon dealer if you are not tech. Some parts may have to be maintain or replaced.
