I have an error code e000246-0002 on a canon IR 105

E246 is a soft counter error in writing operations to the counter memory.
E245/E246/E247 are displayed when the counter memory PCB is faulty.
When E245/E246/E247 are displayed, replace the counter memory PCB with a new one. For procurement of the PCB, contact a division concerned.
If the error code does not disappear even after installation of the new PCB, put the original PCB back to the machine and contact the canon technical division.
**Things to be PROHIBITED**
Never install the PCBs listed below that have been taken out from other machines. In such a case, the error cannot be cleared. In some cases, the serial number or the soft counter will be rewritten.
- Counter memory PCB
- Serial number PCB
- Main controller PCB
Do not swap counter memory PCB's..
