Look at sim08 or 05 in service manuel follow directions let machine run until it stops*if the #are not in the range of manuel use zoom keys to change # that is in op-panel press inturrupt to lock in turn off an back on that part is finished. I dont understand the heater replacement be a bit more specific on that one.if you need more help i will look at my manuel which is at the office an list stepts dv-cal should clear up the other issues
if not post problem.Good Luck Andy H.

3.I replaced just heater blade because it was damaged.
4.The original problem was always black bands.i did a PM replacing drum, drum blades and developper and cleaned inner of the machine.everything looked fine exept the above mentioned.

maybe i forgot somthing else important to do , can you advice me.

                BD1510 Dev Setup

All the Analogue Toshiba Copiers have the same Developer set up. You have to do the Auto Toner Adjust. It is not in the Service Manual. That deals with taking it apart and putting it back together; it is in the Service Handbook. To adjust the auto toner settings, Power on with the 0 and 5 keys depressed. When it comes up enter 0 then Start. It should run for about 2 minutes, then stop, when it does that I think you hit Interrupt to Store the data. (That was a long time ago) You adjust the lightness and darkness of the copies in 05 mode using codes 1 through to about 8, sometimes more depending on the enlargement and reduction ratios. That should get your image right, If you still have probs drop a thread and I wil see if I can find the data for that model.

Does the machine print. I'd go into service mode. (Additional Functions {*} 28 {*}> Function> Misc P > P Print> OK. That should print out a complete list of the machine settings. If nothing comes out on the paper, I'd suspect the High Voltage. Step 1, do a copy, and stop the machine while the paper is halfway through. Is there any image on the drum. If yes, check the transfer roller. If no, check that the Developer unit is lifting OK, and that the contact between the drum cartridge and case are good.

                    Hello,
Till so far it worked i only have some black distorsion on the sides of the paper. I can get rid of it by plaing around with the numbers in settings 1 to 8 .
I would be more happy if i can set them in the correct way.
Is ther anyone who can copy me the settings for this part of the machine.
function 05 and 08 would be helpfull.

                    kind regards sunny

                      check drum grounding

toshiba analogs are notories for dark bands when drum grounding is poor....if that is the problem use conductive lubricant....
