    E732-0001 on iRC2550i

    Dear All,
    I have case of iRC2550i, it displays E732-0001 when starting up. I tried all PCBs in turn: cable, Sub SJ-A board, reader controller, DC controller, maain controller... but error still exist. However, there is a luck happened. The error disappeared automatically, machine run normally. I dont know why??? and then that error come again, turn off and on, the machine continues to work. I can not understand what happen in my machine. Now I am afraid of that problem happen again. Is there any one can give me advise for this.

      just a bad pcb connection bro....we had it sometimes when bad transportation....

          Not sure if you tried this...

          I have seen this caused by the exterior cable connecting the scanner to the copier body with a flakey connection. I have reseated the cable several times on both ends to ensure a good connection,, this usually resolves my problem.

              Dear Bro,
              Actually, I also hope the reason is bad connection of cable.
              But, I still wonder why when I replace new cable the problem was not settled. I will let you know if that issue come back.
