PC940 jam indication on power up

all sensors and sensor flags are ok, tried swapping sensors machine, does not initialize, shows jam indication as soon as you press power button. Any ideas
machine similar to 7130, 6412, 6012

You have a bad sensor or paper stuck somewhere blocking a sensor.The only other thing is maybe a wiring or dc controller problem.Good Luck

The other models you mention normally flash the error code - are you getting one? If not, it may be the micro-switch in the ADF is bad.
