What print drivers are you using PS, PCL5e or PCL6?

Can you print other documents fine?

Don't use PCL6. Try the others. Spool print jobs in computer print settings. Use latest drivers.

        Other things to try:
Check which version of Adobe Reader or other application is being used. If it's an old version try a newer version. Latest version of Adobe Reader is 9.

You need to select 'Print as image' in the advanced tab of Print selection window to make most printers work properly from acrobat reader 8 onwards. Without a tick in that box, PDF's dont print, especially on color machines. Document gets ripped differently, and always works.

Ditto to wazza. Seen this many times...
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Other things to possibly try if all else fails are checking that latest version of PS/PCL is installed on copier and connection via crossover. Not likely to be necessary for this issue but it's always a possibility.

                        Sweet Brother

Remember that one OK, you WILL see it again.

Just be happy that it is not a fault with your machine.
