E247 can be displayed when there occurs a mismatch between the soft counter data maintained in the counter memory PCB and the main controller PCB respectively.

Replace the counter memory PCB with a new one.

The counter memory PCB is not assigned as a service part. Please contact a division concerned for procurement.

These actions must be done respectively.

Hi, please take note when replace any main controller must make sure use back the counter pcb, or elase you will face this error code, new counter pcb only can be replace when the machine run up to the counter limit, you can replace when facing this error.
