    ir105 Wait .................

Look like its never ending job for us lol. i got another ir105 machine (used) with the never ending wait when i turn it on.

Before this situation happen, in 3 weeks, sometimes it can go through (working normally) sometimes it stuck on wait ...... But recently it totally cannot went through. I reseated the ram and changed the 3.5" hardisk with SST downloaded software but the same problem still appear. Any possibility solution that can cure? Thank you

Before when it was happening was there any error codes in the error history. At what point does the bar stop. Check your cable connections from the reader and main unit and the dimms in the main controller.

It stop at the end of the bar. I did change the ram from other ir105 machine and cleaned the dimms slot but it still the same. Will check the cable connections from the reader and main unit together with update /rewrite boot rom. Gonna get BootRom.

Will get back here with previous error code.

you may need to replace the main controller pcb. If you have another machine that's working just try swapping it.

Check those cables, if it stops at the end then it went thru the system diagnostics, I doubt it would be the bootrom then it would not boot up at all. The main controller would be the next resort as 20 years mention. Its probably not writing to the CPU on the MC.

sorry, i meant boot rom, I had the same problem which you are having i swapped the MFC with another machine and confirmed .rewrote boot rom and it worked.if its hard disk or anything else you will get an error code after 5 minutes or so.
