Exit Actuator for a Image Class D880

I have a customer that has a machine at their house. It is reading a constant jam. I found that the exit actuator on the fuser is broken. There is only half the actuator with the spring.
Unfortunatly I am a Ricoh tech. and have no access to a parts manual for this machine.
Would some one be able to help me out with a part # for this actuator?
Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Hard to find, it is a first generation throwaway. Try precision roller.
The whole time I haver ever worked on these it was best to just install a whole fuser unit.
When they start to jam in the fuser it it time to replace it.
It is such a pain to get it out, it will save you headaches.

Buy an offset screwdriver before you try to take it apart.

Better yet find a refurb 1515 and upgrade them to something that is easier to repair and better features.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Thanks for the reply. I would love to get them a different machine. This is something I 'm doing as a favor to the customer. She has been a customer, and friend for the last 12 years, and unfortanatly my company has dropped the ball and is in danger of loosing her account of multiple production color machines. i'm just trying to do a little on the side to maybe change her mind.
      Anyway, Thanks agiain.

RB2-6402-000-Delivery lever. Precision roller has it.
