Do you know I have changed the speeds of IR 330 to 400, 2200 to 3300 Ricoh 1022 to 1027,Ricoh 1060 to 75, Ricoh 1090 to 1105, 2022 to 27, 2060 to 75.
I know that 3570 can be converted to 4570 but my question is wheather 2270 is a similar machine to 4570 or any difference is there.

it can be done 2270 to 2870
and 3570 to 4570
but i dont know how ?
but i know an engineer makes that jop.

It cannot be done. Cause the fuser and the main motor for ir2270 is different from ir4570. The max speed for ir2270 can only be converted to ir2870. Only the ir3570 can be converted to ir4570.

This CAN be done I agree, when we sold these old models when many years ago we paid an guy to reprogram them with iSend & reset the main counter.


I would guess it's done by forcing the 4570 firmware onto the 2270
