    The only reason I did it was becuase the last tech that came out said it would be ok. I guess he didn't know what he was doing?

    Can you give me some basic troubleshooting steps I could try?
    Are you aware of any documentation already out there that would help me?

      call that tech back/ or ask for a qualified person/ any tech that says u can use an air compressor to stick in a machine, needs to work in a garage & not on printers.

      Misaligned images can be from numerous issues in this model/ there is no basic on this issue/
      **Knowledge is time consuming, exhausting and costly for a trained Tech.**
