    LGL jam in duplexing

    Dear,

I have a canon ir 3300. It has a problem in duplexing mode, only LGL, A4R and same classes (length) of papers jam inside the right door after the first side printing is completed. A3 paper is free from this complaint. We can place LGL and named as A4 there is no problem.Already I had clear DC Con. and ALL RAM yet excisting the same problem.
I haven't any idea, anybody please help me............

Please post jam codes... otherwise we are just guessing.

Sounds like a sensor issue. Maybe a lazy spring that is in tolerance to return flag with letter but not legal. However, never found any issues with lgl duplex jam on 3300 except when exiting internal finisher, but once again it was a sensor flag issue. Please post jam codes.
The glass maybe half full, but less is more...
Printer + Fax + Copier = Jack Of Many Trades,
      but Master Of None
Color Copier = Not A Color Printer
InkJet MFP = Not A Fax Machine
      B/W Copier = Not A Press
Finisher = Deal Closer (salesman, not accessory)
Copier Tech = Admin's Stress Ball (Scapegoat)

0101 is late to PS10 the registration sensor. The only logical thing I can come up with is some restriction in the duplex path at the bottom of the copier. Do all the idler rollers turn freely in that mechanism, and is it firmly latched?

Does letter size and letter-r work o.k. in the duplex path?

Just assign correct size of paper on the cassette.
