    WHAT IS THE DESCRIPTION OF THIS E-345 ON IR3300. IT NOT INCLUDE IN THE SERVICE MANUALS ERROR CODE LIST.

    The problem is related to your serial number and counter board.

      The counter board must stay with the original main controller. Its married to it.

        screwtape: what happens if the counterboard is faulty? if replaced with a new one will it match the MFC
        a machine is only as good as your tech : source:screwtape ; the scary one

          Yes, but you must call canon in order to get one.

              And when you call Canon, they need the current serial number of the copier, same one as physical number on rear cover, to create a new counter board for you. And if I recall this correctly, you have to ship them the "defective" counter board before they will issue the replacement.
