IRC3220i Yellowing and another problem with labels..

Hi again.. After a few days without troubles with the IRC3220 now I am having a yellow band or yellowing on my paper.. The paper has some kind of yellowing or burnt line across the whole paper, mostly on 12x18, 11x17.. On the bottom part of the longer side of the paper.. Any ideas as to what is causing this ??

And when I print in sticker/label paper I get this problem..Any ideas ?? help ? I have tried choosing laber or tracing paper and see if there is a difference but neither has helped..

hi,sounds like the yellow drum or if copying from glass only not printing do a ccd adj with white A4 sheets on glass in service mode.

I think the yellowing is my paper actually burning to some degree...

I have tried changing the selected paper profiles, but it still burns my paper to the point it makes it yellowish brownish...

1、check the drum life in diagnostic mode.
2、then, pull out the yellow drum and check whether yellow toner is on drum surface, if it is ,replace the yellow drum.
3、 upgrade DC-CON to 36.01
4、adjust y-toner supply parameter.

It was the cleaning blade for the yellow drum !

hi irc 3220 doesnt have cleaning blade on its drum unit.i incounter a lot of problem on it the last suggestion of our mate adjust yellow toner supply parrameter the run dev cleaning.
